What is included:

-  1 hr live group zoom call each month with Q&A (group sharing not required but is welcome), on Tuesdays at 6 PM PDT (the first Tuesday of each month).
-  1 brief video or audio recording per month (sent out in between zoom calls). May include guided meditations, intuitive messages, energy clearing/healing tools, nervous system regulation practices, acupressure points,  and so much more! We will aim to teach what has worked for us and our clients to achieve wellness and transformation from the inside out!
-  Private community chat group on Telegram to discuss with fellow community members and get to know one another, share your experiences and learn from one another. Melissa and Jaco will moderate the group and be available to answers questions that can support your integration of the material presented.
