Join our online community where you can learn some practical tools and skills from Jaco and Melissa (Two Former Medical Doctors turned Wellness Mentors, Life Catalysts and Inner Work Guides) that will support you with your inner exploration to get to the root causes of where you feel stuck in your life (health, wealth, relationships, etc).

We will aim to teach simple yet potent practices that have worked for us and our clients to achieve wellness and transformation from the inside out!

Learn how to powerfully, quickly and effectively transmute traumas/wounds, stuck emotions, and limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind as well as how to reclaim your power and reconnect with your infinite potential as a divine being.

We are sharing the roadmap that we have created that has been working for us and our clients!

We will offer guided meditations and energy work practices to support you in re-awakening your innate capabilities to become your own healer and the conscious Creator/Creatrix of your life.

We love supporting people in bringing awareness to, shifting and balancing their relationship to their inner feminine and masculine energies (and heavenly and earthly selves) to achieve a healthy balance and polarity within oneself, your life, health and within a relationship.

What is included:

- 1 hr live group zoom call each month with Q&A (group sharing not required but is welcome), on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 PM PDT, starting June 3rd 2025.

- 4 brief video or audio recordings (10-20 mins) sent out weekly (guided meditations, intuitive messages, energy clearing/healing tools, nervous system regulation practices, acupressure points, other health/wellness info, and so much more!)).

- Private community chat group on Telegram to discuss with fellow community members and get to know one another, share your experiences and learn from one another. Melissa and Jaco will moderate the group and be available to answers questions that can support your integration of the material presented.

No group sharing is required to participate in this community. It will be welcome in the Q&A portion at the end of our zoom calls and the chat group, but not something that is necessary. Cameras can be off and you can simply focus on your own process and receiving the information if that's what you need.
