Choosing Compassion Over Judgement

Writer: Melissa CrawfordMelissa Crawford

I have so much compassion now for those who blindly trust/ed health authorities, media and government officials. Because, I once did too and I paid the price, as did my child. 💔

After my blinders came off harshly due to a lot of suffering from us being injured by pharmaceuticals (shots) in 2013, I started harshly judging those who couldn't see what I saw or those who didn't choose to believe me.😕

I was also in the energy of trying to convince people to see things like I did back then because of my wounds, and wanting to help others avoid the same suffering we had experienced .

This was not healthy either. It actually made me feel physically sick to live that way.🤢 It eventually felt so out of alignment for me to have such strong negative feelings towards others simply because of their beliefs being different than mine and I realized I needed to do the inner work to shift things internally.

I eventually realized all of this was just a symptom of my own self judgement and of the trauma of not being believed or supported as much as I needed when our injuries happened, and of being outright abandoned when I needed the most love. 🥹

When I worked on healing the parts of me that were wounded by these past experiences and that held a lot of self-judgement for my past choices (including blindly trusting authorities), I then noticed my judgement of others doing the same started to dissolve and was replaced with more compassion, love, patience and neutrality. 💞

Too many in the "natural, freedom and truther" movement are just as harsh as those who are hardcore mainstream in their perspectives. Both "sides" are doing the exact same thing to each other. Being abusive, manipulative, righteous, controlling and unloving.👥

Let's instead meet those who see things differently than we do (politically, medically, etc) with love and compassion. And for those who are not yet ready to join us in living in a more loving and peaceful way, let's show them patience as well.

We can't force people to see what they are not ready to see but we all have the capacity for unconditional love, respect and kindness. 💗

We all have different and unique journeys as Souls, and we need to respect each other's individual journeys of learning and growth. We are not here to control each other or try to live someone else's life for them ❤️.

And if we find ourselves doing that, it's simply an invitation to go inside and tend to and heal our own heart. 💞

We are going through so much as a collective and we are so much more powerful if we unite together and let go of the division, judgement, separation and hate. We are powerful divine beings of love. Let's act like it ❤️.

With love,

Melissa 🌹
