I am a former holistic Family Doctor turned Wellness Mentor and Inner Work Guide.

 

I am originally from Northern Ontario and currently live in Nelson, BC, Canada where I work part-time from home (zoom or phone sessions) and homeschool my son.

I offer intuitive energy work (Thetahealing), inner work mentoring (including trauma healing which includes emotional transmutation, integration of parts/inner child work, soul fragment retrievals, and the recoding of limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind) and frequency healing work (vibrational water remedies from Purely Resonance). ​

 

As a result of energy and frequency work, my son and I have both recovered from very serious illnesses (autoimmune diseases, heavy toxic burden, neurological issues, vaccine injuries, etc). 

 

I have also been on a healing journey working to clear how the traumas of my past and my programming have impacted me. I have shifted out of co-dependent relationship patterns, various addictions, self-sabotage, shame/guilt, depression and anxiety. I continue daily to explore my inner world and transmute the old stories that are limiting me in my life in relationships, health, career, and so on. 

 

I am very passionate about helping my clients do the same by intuitively guiding them in using the roadmaps that I have used and created to transform my own traumas (including ancestral ones) and liberate myself from these limitations of the false self - the Ego-based identity.​​ ​​

 

I am on a mission to offer not only hope that there is another way to heal but more importantly help people strengthen their feeling of faith in their own divinity and creative healing power, no matter what life challenges are occurring or have occurred in the past.

I am most interested in guiding you to uncover and heal the root causes of dis-ease (in relationships, health, career,  etc) which I believe is most often rooted in trauma  - stuck emotions and dense energies in the body and limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind (your own or from your ancestors).

 

Trauma can be processed​ and beliefs recoded to support you in co-creating a different reality! You are your own healer, I am simply your guide, supporting you in awakening your innate healing capabilities.
